PRE-SCHOOL - 1 HOUR SESSION |
|
|
Pre School sessions are a range of progressive gym classes for children of all abilities from approximately 3 years and 3 months old to attending full time school. These are the first classes where the children will be taking part in a structured gymnastic session without being accompanied by their parent/carer. Swallows Coaches lead the children throughout these classes and help them to learn new skills through use of a wider range of equipment. Sessions help to develop the children's independence as well as key co-ordination skills, such as climbing, jumping, balancing, rolling and gross motor skills. At this age the children are growing in confidence daily. |
