 1st February

 The first CAGA motivation and training day for 2009 was held at Swallows on 1st February.  16 gymnasts attended from Plymouth and Cornwall along with 15 coaches under the guidance of Mr Derek Potter.  The day was deemed a great success and we look forward to hosting further events as the year goes on.
