Following the meeting of the Flickers group on Saturday 7th March 2009 and their exciting news we have decided to open the message board.

This message board is provided for the gymnasts and coaches to exchange ideas, information and gossip (yes, that does mean you Lesley!!!!).

However we expect you to use this message board in a positive way and any inappropriate or negative postings will be removed and the message board will be shut down again.
